NFC card questions
Do I need a SimplyCard subscription to order?
No. You can order an NFC card on its own and encode it to any link: your website, WhatsApp or any page. It works best, of course, together with a SimplyCard digital card
What design can go on the card?
Any design of yours: logo, brand colors, contact details. Send us a file after ordering, and if you don't have one ready we'll prepare a brand-matched design for you.
How fast does the order arrive?
Printing and shipping usually take a few business days. As soon as the package ships you'll get a tracking number on WhatsApp and email.
What if my customer's phone does not support NFC?
Every card is printed with a QR code as well, so anyone whose phone lacks NFC or has it switched off simply scans it with the camera and lands in exactly the same place. Nobody is left out.
What if my details change after printing?
The physical card points at your digital card, it does not hold the details itself. Anything you save updates immediately, with no reprint: that is precisely the difference from a paper card.
