The Service is operated by Simple Web, a registered Israeli partnership, no. 558587713.

The Service lets users build a digital business card, publish it at a personal address, and manage it from an account area.

Building a card is free. Publishing a card requires an active paid subscription.

The subscription is a recurring transaction (monthly or yearly per the chosen plan) until cancelled.

Prices are shown on the site including VAT as required. We may update prices with prior notice; changes do not apply to a period already paid for.

You may cancel at any time from your account area or by contacting hello@simplycard.co.il.

For a recurring transaction, cancellation takes effect within three business days of your notice, and you will not be charged for the service after the cancellation date.

For a remote sale you have a 14-day cancellation right under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Full responsibility for content published on a card, including text, images, contact details and third-party data (such as leads collected through the card), rests solely with the card owner.

The card owner warrants the content infringes no third-party rights or law, and that third-party data is collected and used per privacy law.

The card owner shall indemnify SimplyCard for any third-party claim arising from their published content.

The Service is provided As-Is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version appears on this page.
