Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that let a site work and remember preferences. Essential cookies are needed to run the service; others (such as measurement and marketing) are optional.

Essential: our infrastructure provider's (Supabase) session/auth cookies keep you signed in to your account area and secure the service, and the NEXT_LOCALE cookie keeps the site language you chose (or were directed to when browsing from outside Israel). Essential for functionality and do not require consent.

Browser storage that runs the site: your cookie-banner choice (sc-consent) and, for the current visit only, the campaign parameters of the link you arrived from, such as utm_source (sc-landing). These are not cookies and are not sent to anyone; the campaign parameters reach advertising platforms only if you approve the Marketing category, and are deleted when you close the browser.

Functional: let the tools on the site remember preferences. Optional, they run only after you consent.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4, which helps us understand how the site is used and improve it (cookies _ga and _ga_*; analytics data is kept for up to 14 months), and Microsoft Clarity, which records browsing sessions and heatmaps on the public site only, with sensitive fields masked, and does not run in the account area (cookies _clck and _clsk). The same category covers the site's support chat (Crisp), which sets its own cookies and loads only after you approve it. Optional, they run only after you consent.

Marketing & advertising (pixels): the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, used to measure campaigns and tailor advertising (the Google Ads cookie _gcl_au, and Meta's _fbp and _fbc). Optional. The Meta pixel code and Google's tags load on the site in a blocked state: until you approve the Marketing category they set no advertising cookies and send no identifying data.

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google's tags. Every non-essential category is denied by default (Google Consent Mode), and Google's tags set no cookies until you approve the matching category. Without consent they may send basic cookieless, non-identifying signals (for example that a page was viewed), as Google Consent Mode allows.

Enhanced Conversions: when you sign up or buy a subscription (your email address), or send an enquiry or order an NFC card (your email address and phone number), the details you provided are passed to Google's advertising platform in hashed form, so the action can be attributed to the campaign that brought you. This happens only if you approved the Marketing category.

The homepage embeds a promotional video via YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie). This sets no cookies until the video is played; playing it may apply YouTube/Google's privacy policy.

Non-essential cookies (functional, analytics and marketing) are set only after you approve them in the consent banner shown on entry. You can accept all, choose essentials only, or choose specific categories. Your choice is stored in your browser, and we ask again after 6 months.

You can change your choice anytime via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer, and block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent signing in and using the service.
