For companies and organisations
One consistent card for every employee, managed in one place
The more people you employ, the harder consistent branding and current details get. One manager creates, updates and switches off the whole team's cards.
- Up to 250
- employees in a single file
- One address
- for the organisation, a card per employee beneath it
- Zero
- cards that publish without your approval

One card, for every kind of business
The same management and the same branding, whether it is a company with a head office, a professional service, a clinic or a hospitality business. These are design examples, not actual customers.
What happens without central control
Every employee sends something different
One sends a photo of a card, one a link, one just a phone number. Three different experiences from the same company.
Someone leaves and their card keeps circulating
A printed card that left the building cannot be recalled, and a personal link still works a year later.
Every small change means reprinting
A changed number or a new address makes the whole printed stock obsolete.
How it works in practice
What the manager actually gets
Everything listed here exists in the product today and can be shown in a demo.

One brand template
You approve a single card, and its design, colours, logo and shared business content are copied to every card on the team. What is personal to an employee stays personal.

Import the employee list from a file
Upload a CSV with up to 250 employees and get every card at once. They are created as drafts only: nothing publishes by itself.

Publish and switch off in bulk
Publish, return to draft or archive a group of cards in one action. Someone who has left the organisation is switched off immediately, even if their link is already out there.
One address for the company. One address for the organisation, and each employee's own address beneath it.
Leads and analytics per card. Views, taps and leads per card, and every enquiry is stored in the system.
NFC and QR for the whole team. The same design on a physical NFC card and as a QR code for signage and email signatures.

The subject a large organisation cannot ignore
- A built-in accessibility menu on every card
- A dedicated accessibility statement per card, at its own address
- An accessibility contact can be published separately from the business line
The platform works toward alignment with Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG AA principles. That is not certification, legal confirmation or an audit of the content you upload.

How it starts
- 1
A short conversation
We work out how many employees there are, which details appear for each of them and what has to stay identical.
- 2
We build the template card
We create one card in your branding and approve it together. That is the card every other one is copied from.
- 3
You send the employee list
One file with the names and details. The cards are created as drafts and wait for your review.
- 4
Review and publish
Check them, fix what needs fixing and publish. From then on every future update is an edit, not a print run.
How access works, without surprises
The account is managed by one person in the organisation, who sees and updates every card on the team from one place. A separate login per employee with its own permissions is not part of the product today, and we would rather say so before you sign than afterwards. If that is a requirement for you, it is worth a conversation before we start.
Questions organisations ask
How many employees can be created at once?
Up to 250 rows in a single file. Beyond that you upload several files; there is no cap on the number of cards in the account beyond what your plan agrees.
What happens when an employee leaves?
You move their card to draft or archive, and their address stops showing any details. It can be done for several cards together.
Can we change a detail for the whole team at once?
Today each card is edited separately, and a new import creates new cards rather than updating existing ones. Bulk editing a shared field across every card does not exist yet, and if that is what you need we will say so in the conversation rather than let you discover it later.
Is our customers' information stored with you?
Enquiries that arrive through a card are stored in your account and are accessible only to you, and to us for operation and support. The full policy is published in our privacy policy, and we are happy to go through it with you before you start.
Ready to see this on your own brand?
We will build one example template card in your branding, with no commitment, so you can see how it looks before deciding.
